Ross Yates is the founder of Vision Built and a transformation coach who leads from experience, not theory. Growing up in poverty and living out of motels, Ross refused to let his circumstances define him. By age 21, he faced heart failure and was given just 3–5 years to live—but he didn’t surrender. Instead, he rose, becoming a multi-time wrestling champion and bodybuilding champion, and developed the resilience, discipline, and leadership mindset that now guides his clients to their own breakthroughs.

Today, Ross uses his journey of overcoming adversity to help executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing leaders master their fitness, optimize their health, and transform their lives.
